    Management of Food Safety: The Essential Guide to HACCP Compliance.
    Gain the knowledge and skills necessary to:  

        -   Implement a HACCP system in your business

        -   Conform to EU legislation.

    Be able to:

        -   Organise and deliver staff induction training programmes

        -   Demonstrate effective work practices from menu planning to wash up

  • Day 1 (9am - 5pm)   Basic microbiology and personal hygiene

    Day 1 (9am - 5pm)   Operational food safety – menu planning to wash-up

    Day 1 (9am - 5pm)   HACCP principles and training of staff

    Day 1 (9am - 11am)   Revision and 2 hour exam

  • 21 hours tuition in three modules over 3 days
    Two hour revision and 2 hour examination – one half day
    Project: Attendees complete a written HACCP project based on their business

    Attendees receive a certificate in The Management of Food Safety, certified by the National Hygiene Partnership and valid for 5 years
